Wedding photography in Suomenlinna, Helsinki | Military wedding photography Helsinki, Suomenlinna | Sotilashäiden valokuvaus Helsinki

I just loved this shoot! I had this crazy possibility to photograph this amazing military wedding in Suomenlinna, Helsinki. The wedding took place in April 2024 and you would think it was spring by then. On the wedding morning the snow came down again, but it was just a small flavor added to the day.

The day started with taking a few portraits of the groom and his suite. Then we did the first looks and after that we went to take the wedding portraits to the beautiful nature of Suomenlinna. The ceremony was in the Church of Suomenlinna and the venue was Pirunkirkko.

In the evening there were the wedding party, speeches and in the end of the day we were able to take some intimate portraits of the couple. I used a small room that was next to the wedding venue and we got so amazing emotion in the photos. It was so amazing day. Thank you Alla & Jani for having me there!
